A fellow Fifer with 23 albums out.
Going to a be a bugger to fill the back catalogue as the two albums I have(Bombshells and KC Rules OK) just creep up on you and you find yourself singing along unashamedly.
Like Wilco with Feargal Sharkey singing - maybe not but best I can do.
Lovely stuff:hphones:

why are the charts filled with such shite, meanwhile terrific artists such as this have to fight for every scrap they get, songs are briliant Si at least the MP3'S are, been humming ".....no clue do you...." all day. Oh and no false American accent either. Nice one!!

George Ross from Big George and the Business
Although most of his stuff is pure blues.

Have some vinyl of kc coming J7 - but I think it will be a pain as I won't be able to hit the repeat!
Trying to learn the songs has the missus saying, it's nice but for f---s sake 6 times in a row?

180 gm album "Rocket D.I.Y" - had me wondering for a while but a real grower and quite a nice recording/pressing.
Resisting the temptation to buy more of his cd's and really can't be bothered with singles on vinyl - they are way too much effort

some copies of KC Rules OK come with a free remix cd "Chorlton and the Wh'earlies"
This is an absolute stunner and makes me wonder how independent he really is. If these and a few other remixes I have picked up are how the man really imagined the songs, he is way more a genius than I gave him credit for(or the record company stars allow).
Some of the arrangements are positively Massive Attack and watching Sigur Ros the other week doing some acoustic stuff, I'm sure Kenny must be in their music collections !
And for any speculators - see any Sigur on vinyl cheap, buy it - very good investment judging by epain prices

Not heard of him untill seeing this thread and so just did a listen online. so far so good, :)
How many in the back catalogue ? :(

Very hard to tell Thru.
I'm buying hard , have never been remotely unimpressed so far but the back catalogue seems to stretch to infinity.
Lots of different takes of the same stuff but never feel shortchanged.
Problem is a lot of his older stuff was limited 'pressings' and seem to have become collectors items.
Well that's a hoping boost on my part but I think any vinyl of his would be wise investment.
I'd love him and Sigur Ros to tie up - remember you heard it hear!
