Anybody else heard of them? They're an Austrian duo and i recently got their 3rd album Crossroads, and i haven't heard anything quite like it before, the way they combine electro and trance. If you like the lighter electro-industrial scene such as Covenant, Seabound, A23,and also enjoy euphoric trance, i think you may love this.

A new MIAB album will be released at the end of February, but not a continuation of the Lost Alone / Crossroads storytale... that will be coming later this year.

Stefan Poiss, the brain behind the project, started his musical life with a Commodore 64 back in the 80s, and this album, R.E.T.R.O., pays homage to that era, with reworkings of those chiptunes/ game themes, but with a MIAB makeover. Wacky but wonderful. Samples here:

No, nothing so far on vinyl and this won't be either. A lot of these underground electronic/industrial labels are just too small to feel like justifying any sort of vinyl run given anticipated sales. There are one or two exceptions though, particularly if you're into the minimal analog synthpop/new wave type sound, where labels such as Wierd seem to prioritise it over CD.

'Thyx', not quite as good though from what i've heard so far.

I'm not sure if you still bother with the Wam, but there was an 'Introduction To Industrial Thread', where i included a lot of dark synthpop etc. Some of it may be up your street:
