I think this deserves to be a wee sticky, if anyone is in any doubt about this mod, contact Smojphace, he's had it for a while and swears by it

If it fixes the soggy bass on the Linn i'm all for it.
Of what value is an idol carved by a craftsman? Or an image that teaches lies? For the one who makes it trusts in his own creation; he makes idols that cannot speak. (Habakkuk 2:18)

From that time on Jesus began to preach, “Repent, for the kingdom of heaven has come near.” (Matthew 4:17)

Put new life and "Sole" into your LP12.

Order one today ! You will not be disappointed.

[Groan] How do they know I will not be disappointed? If I bought one and tried to fit it to my Sony I'd be disappointed, surely.

''The Linn Sondek LP12 is the wonderful creation of Linn Products' Ivor Tiefenbrun. With the LP12, Ivor has created probably the worlds most talked about; possibly the best selling and certainly the most musical audiophile turntable of all time.

Music is pure emotion and no other turntable can approach the LP12 for sheer musicality and involvement''

The Systemdek 900 is not better even though it may sound sound at certain frequency extremees.I'm not doubting the Linn can be improved over it's pitfalls but can't better them, i once questioned that the umble Manticore 'Mantra' with PSU sounded better..

Sales of the Sole are picking up slowly - well, better than I expected for my first year in this business. Thanks in no small part to Smojphace and J7 doing their bit for me two great guys for sure !!

    HNY to all C-O-N members.

I wish you well with these cos they look very good. I honestly wish more people would wake up & get off the '' Gotta have it cos it's Linn product '' horse & buy a product like this.Well done JR.The suspension has always been the problem which people can now address at a good sensible price.Other than that this country needs more small companies giving qwality products at cool prices..
