I've got this and it is brilliant. As well as great songs and playing, there is some excellent story telling going on.

I suppose the Alisoon Kraus and Union Station counts in here. I'd say that was my favourite live album in this category.
20 years ago we had Johnny Cash, Bob Hope and Steve Jobs. Now we have no Cash, no Hope and no Jobs. Please God, don't take Kevin Bacon

I am going to recomend Little Feat Waiting for Columbus
Its a really good double lp were the performance and the recording are both on par. Plus the Tower of power Horns join them.

Also Joe Ely Live at Liberty Lunch....I was there and remeber how he ricked the place, David Grissom's guitar work is awesome.

lol I just use the 'new posts' bit, I didn't know it was in this section, see if i had had my way we'd have had a section called 'music' and be done with it, but little ordered minds wanted it in groups.

Great country live albums, can't think of any, pile of shite most of it, but Perhaps J Cash at San Quentin.

There's nowt wrong with that dance stuff. Of course if you'd heard it through proper speakers you would probably like it anaw .
Do to others as you would have them do to you. (Luke 6:31)

From that time on Jesus began to preach, “Repent, for the kingdom of heaven has come near.” (Matthew 4:17)
