yep, all the wankers are in either subaru's or audi's.
I'd be pissed off if I found a subaru with the keys in it, horrible cars.

I think we all went through a preening peacock stage where we think (wrongly) we look great and the din coming from our car is great too and everyone is well impressed. Now I just think what a wanker.

As petrol yesterday hit 1.40 a litre (6.36/gallon and is clearly headed towards 7.00) in this part of the UK I am just bloody glad my diesel can do up to 60mpg but have started to feel that's not enough, and keep wondering about the new "bluemotion" range that might squeeze another 20miles out of each gallon, and the 0 road-tax is just an added bonus

Sadly gone are my days of dallying with lusty 3.0 litre straight sixes

Come on Si, didn't you wear the fashionable clothes of the day when you were a teen? OK not the car thing so much but you must have cared about your appearance when going out on the pull.

Edit: Or have you always been one ugly MF, lol..... (run away he's a lot bigger than me aaaaaaargh)

I'm off out now to the retail park in my little Clio to look at monitors. I decided not to buy one off ebay as they often get smashed up by couriers so I may have a bit of radio 3 playing on the way and who knows, I could impress a few milfs doing their shopping(?)

    Auto and diesel.
Its no coincidence diesel begins with the word DIE, cos thats what you wanna do when yer driving one.....LOL.

The dogs just scored me lunch after being mentally scared by the image of Chops in a mankini with spiders legs doon to his knees.

EDIT: anyhoos Paul its just dawned on me, your superior fuel ecconomy versus performance arguement is grossly flawed from the POV you have one of the most power hungry amps in the land blessing it with superior performance therefore making you a hippo critter.

If yer getting 45 MPG when ragging it then you're not thrashing it enough. Oh no, hang on, that's because its hitting the rev limiter.
I'd rather have power understeer than no power....hehe.
Never driven a diesel of any make that hasn't fallen 3 miles outside the power band for about two weeks long before it reaches a rev limiter.......

My brother now has a diesel fiesta as a works car. Ask him what he thinks of it and I think he may swear at you.
