If this is an indication of the kind of improvement that your products make then you, Sir are a genius.

This is a Big Bang for Buck product. Congratulations, should sell like hot cakes.
Thanks for your feedback Batty - I'm glad you like it.

At the end of the day I just enjoy my music and hi-fi and being one who strives to continually improve (no one gets it "right first time") I experiment with turntables and materials & if I feel the results of my experiments end in a positive sonic benefit, I'll market the upgrade so that other enthusiasts around the world can have a bit of what I've gained.

I think my approach seems to be working?

I have decided that I now no longer need the record weight when using the Plattamat.

Recieved mine today, very prompt delivery, well packaged and definately not a 'cheapo cork' mat.

Can't wait to finish the deck resto and and get playing a few favorite disks.

Thanks for your kind comments mesavinylnut!

Here's an idea of what you should have in store when you hear your AR with your Plattamat 2. What follows is some satisfying feedback I recently received from a very happy customer....

    Hello John.
Well Iíve had my Plattamat 2 for almost a week now and I have not been able to stop listening to my music. Itís been one of the best upgrades Iíve ever made. The sound stage is so much bigger, with much more room around each instrument, and a much more airy, open sound with sweeter
upper mid range and treble. (Iíve never heard cymbals crash in such a dynamic way before without sounding harsh). This is also evident in the extended, deeper and tighter bass.
It is amazing how musical my system now sounds and I just canít believe all this for the price of the Plattamat.
It sounds so much better, you would have thought I had spent
hundreds of pounds on a new piece of hardware.
If I could sum up by saying,

    ďIts foot tappingly goodĒ.

Now in possession of plattermat 2. I have to say it,s all it,s cracked up to be.
Had a listen to some 12" singles, very dynamic. Currently listening to Rikie Lee Jones, brilliant.

Really good to hear it's doing the business for you m8!

It's a great little upgrade and it works really well on DD's too, which Plattamat 1 didn'y do so well.

    Regards.
