    Default bearing restoration

customer brought a source turntable into the shop a couple weeks ago with a over tight damaged main beaing

the bearing was so tight that the motor could not turn the inner platter
i suspect the inner ptfe side walls had moved and may have been loose

what was i going to do with no spares available for this deck????

off it went to sunny wales, to see John at AI
all i can say is the bearing and inner platter came back looking like new and the new liner works like new also

(i know that coss i have a source in my collection for reference)

WELL DONE john fantastic job and saved the day
