    Default Bo'ness Hill Climb 2014

The smell of petrol and castrol was abundant, spent a very enjoyable day with Gordon (WullieD) and another friend at the Bo'ness Hill Climb yesterday, cracking friendly event, some cars were processional, but some were giving it the beanz, took a few pics from various vantage points, but have still to download them all, but here is a sample pic, now is this guy processional or giving it the 57 varieties treatment?

    for those interested 200mm F/5 1/800th ISO500 (hand held)

yes for those pics i used the 70-200 f/2.8L IS II cracking lens, especially on the 5DIII, 99% of shots taken of moving cars are sharp and in focus. I also used my 24-70 for some other pics, but i seem to have lost my lens hood.

yeah I know, but for a nearly new L lens with a market value of around 1500 I think I will take the pain of a canon original, but I have asked the organisers if any has been handed into lost property.

    Love the Opel!

Looks the same colour as my speakers!
20 years ago we had Johnny Cash, Bob Hope and Steve Jobs. Now we have no Cash, no Hope and no Jobs. Please God, don't take Kevin Bacon
