    hi,
    i have a lovely Alphason HR-100S mcs which sounds lovely,i was checking my alignment the other day with a mirrored protractor and the azimuth seems to me to be out,can this be checked and adjusted j7?

    well u can shim the cartridge with thin paper
    or even shim the base mount of the arm again with thin paper etc

    can't easy adjust the arm ...its possible its the arm board or plater thats not perfectly square?

    interesting fact : a lot of peeps DONT know that you can turn the black rear stub...to give fine VTF adjustment !!! handy to know

    they are lovely looking arms and getting hard to find these days,better than an ittok imo.
    mine is the MCS version although i was told J7 re wired it a while ago.
