Tried many over my 50 years of enjoying hi-fi and whatever I end up with usually lasts for quite a while. Subsequently:

    Wye (GOKs!!)
    Wharfedale Dovedale III
    Bailey Transmission Line (self build)
    JBL 120 Ti
    B&W Nautilus 802
    JBL Everest S5800
You can only be young once, but you can be immature for ever.....

BBC 3/5a self build (used at University)
    IMF transmission line (self build)
    family
Audax drive units in tiny box, no tweeter (self build) for times away on contract business
    Epos M5
Usher 604 floor standers (with Fountek CD3 ribbon tweeters)
Epos 10 inch bass bins (to be finished) fed with 300 watt class D amplifiers

Also many other examples, but just for fun or lab duty, including a nice pair of Hacker speakers with 3 way Goodman drive units, to be 'worked on', and some Bluespot speakers from our last car that sounded quite nice (in the car, anyway!).

    Main system
First speakers were Marantz 4G (1972)
then Gale GS401B (original wooden ones not chrome ended) (1978)
then Rogers Pro 9TL which I heavily modified over time (1993)
Art Impressions. (2001/2 I think) .. not sure if these will ever be changed ..
Seems I do not get round to changing things too often.
A good earwash may be the cheapest and best upgrade to your system.
