Stunning piece of work Mr artisan. It's exquisite, expect for…………………………………………..

That ugly Rega arm clip (as effective as it is). It screams nasty and spoils the aesthetic beauty of the PU7. I swopped out the one on my PU7 for something else much cleaner looking.

One of the nicest arm clips I've used over the years is the SME Series III clip, very sweet and clever piece of design. Surely your design team could fashion a larger version for the PU7?

    Best wishes.

Calling the Umpa Lumpas. (I thought John makes everything on his own.)

Now I like those m8 ! Especially the thicker version with the Rega thread & mounting pips.

The arm lift/cue quadrant is very sexy and will take the aesthetics of the PU7 to another level. I know it'll add cost but you just gotta do it J.

    Best wishes

I always thought after reading David Price's prose in HFW that John had a massive factory hidden among the hills around Glasgow. I bet he has too

Also I thought everyone needs a team of some description. I know I do

I may be wrong but John works solo from a home workshop. He's a true artisan with exceptional expertise and the highest levels of quality control.

What I witnessed was far from humble m8!

Though I never saw the factory DP wrote about, or was it Adam Smith?

    Best wishes.
