In order to register with Crossover network, we advise, where possible, to use an email address originating from a pop3 account, rather than a free email service (such as gmail or hotmail.) This will speed up the registration process. If your registration fails with a banned email message, please contact us and we will manually set up an account with a username of your choice and a default password.

When you send the admin a registration related-message, you must include the following information:
1. The reason why you are contacting- such as email address rejected
2. Your chosen user name

Messages that just say "can't register" or "fix the problem" will be ignored.

If you haven't received a reply within 24hrs, then please try again.
